What data I process

I process the data you provide when you contact me by email or by phone: your full name, email address, phone number, company name, the content of your message and any other information you choose to share.

Purposes and legal bases

• Replying to your message and corresponding with you, based on my legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, such as preparing a quote (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims, based on my legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long I keep your data

If our correspondence does not lead to a collaboration, I delete your data no later than 12 months after the last message. If we sign a contract, I keep your data for its duration, then for the period required by tax and accounting regulations and until any claims become time-barred.

Recipients of data

Your data may be processed by service providers I use to run my business: the website hosting provider, the email provider and my accounting office, only to the extent necessary to provide those services. If any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this is done on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it,
• have your data rectified,
• have your data erased,
• restrict processing,
• data portability, where processing is based on a contract,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.

Providing your data is voluntary. However, without an email address or phone number I won't be able to reply to your message.

Automated decision-making

I do not make automated decisions about you and do not profile your data.

This website does not use cookies or analytics tools and does not load resources from external servers. The hosting provider may automatically log technical connection data, such as your IP address, the date and time of your visit, the page address and your browser type. This data is used to keep the website secure and working properly (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
